Crewmen of H-7 under construction at the Puget Sound Navy Yard on October 9, 1918. This photo is a closeup of a photo on the H-4 page. Note the incomplete nature of the hull. H-7 was launched eight days later on October 17, 1918.

Another closeup of the H-4 photo showing that quite a bit of work remained for the H-7 prior to her launch. The rotating bow cap needs to be installed and there are sections of superstructure plating missing.
