Contrary to what is seen in MANY photographs here on PigBoats.COM, wearing the sailor's white hat, a.k.a the "Dixie Cup", on the back of your head was not a regulation style. However, it was so popular to wear it that way that most Chiefs and officers simply didn't enforce the regulations for anything other than formal occasions. | |||
