F-2 (SS-21) Qualification Book
This Qualification Book came to me over 20 years ago and about 3 computers ago. The information has been lost as to the identity of the kind individual who donated it. Many Thank Yous go out to this person for doing so. -Ric
Very early drawings of the "F" class submarines. The navy was was to yet incorporate Bow Planes into submarine design.
The concept was first experimented with using the submarine Grayling (later D-2) [seen at Right] to prove the concept.
